The program focused on enhancing economic stability and self-reliance among women and youth through sustainable livelihood opportunities. A total of 47 beneficiaries received financial support for goat rearing, while 70 new Self-Help Groups were formed to promote small-scale entrepreneurship. Skill development programs trained women in computer literacy and youth in driving, leading to increased employment and self-employment. These initiatives strengthened community empowerment and fostered long-term income generation in APF project villages.

In 2022–23, SPEECH continued its mission to empower vulnerable communities across rural Tamil Nadu through education, health, gender equality, and child protection initiatives. Over 1.3 lakh people benefited from multiple projects promoting child rights, women’s empowerment, and social welfare. The organization strengthened partnerships with government departments and community groups, ensuring sustainable and inclusive development. Through its holistic efforts, SPEECH advanced grassroots democracy, livelihood opportunities, and human dignity for marginalized populations.

In 2021–22, SPEECH continued its mission of empowering vulnerable children, women, and communities through education, health, and livelihood initiatives across rural Tamil Nadu. Over 40,000 individuals benefited through projects promoting child rights, gender equality, climate resilience, and social protection. The organization successfully collaborated with government departments and donors to implement impactful programs like Childline 1098, Retrieving Hope for Child Rights, and livelihood support for women. Through these collective efforts, SPEECH strengthened community participation, ensured inclusivity, and advanced sustainable rural development.
